Body Massage
The Chinese were the first to use massage to treat illness and maintain health. Today more people are beginning to realise the benefits of massage as both a stress reliever and an aid to good health.
Massage is performed on the whole body or specific areas, depending on the need to the client. It consists of a number of movements using varying degrees of pressure according to the clients request.

Aromatherapy massage
Aromatherapy can be traced back as far as the ancients Egyptians. The use of essential oils from plants, blended together, can help to improve both physical and emotional well-being
Aromatherapy is a massage using specific oils according the clients request and condition. The movements allow the oils to fully absorb, ensuring that they work to their full potential
Aromatherapy can stimulate the body's immune system, increase energy levels, enhance the lymphatic system, reduce nervous tension & feelings of depression and calm & sooth the mind.

Indian Head Massage
Head massage is an extremely effective treatment that has evolved over 1000 years. Applied to the back, shoulders, arms, face and head, it works both on a physical and psychological levels and can de-stress the whole body.

Reflexology
This is an ancient art based on the long established principle that energy zones in the feet reflect the corresponding parts of the body. Reflexology is a non- invasive way to treat and balance the whole body using varying degrees of pressure to release blocked energy.
